Either as the balloons lift off in the morning or as the valleys turn red in the evening, you sit down to a spread laid out on handwoven Turkish rugs and floor cushions. There’s a cheese board with local varieties such as pot-aged çömlek cheese and kaşar, plus dried fruit, olives, jams, fresh vegetables and menemen or an omelette, then cupcakes or pancakes with tea and orange juice. It’s often booked for proposals, anniversaries and birthdays. Allow about two hours.
